Essential Duties and responsibilities
• Fluent in English and Russian
• Conditions and availability of presence and activity in Batumi
• Ability to negotiate in English and Russian
• Preferably has a relevant degree of education (marketing, sales, computer science)
• Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with customers; recommending solutions.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Prepares reports by analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available
• Stick out sales even in the face of failure
• Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary
• Makes product awareness readily available to self and other sales people through various resources
• Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market
• Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market.
• Analyzes the competition to create a plan for engagement.
• Makes product appeal to the target market.
• Trains other sales people in the art of selling.
• Working strategically to increase the knowledge and use of our company’s products.
• Following up all the potential customers and monitoring the sales process.
• Sales payment follow up and settlement.
• Making presentations and organize group events for co-workers and organizations, as well as
• Interested in Self-development and learning
• Product Comparison-Catalogue / Leaflet / Product Data Book Preparation
• Keep in touch with clients.
• Understand the client’s short- and long-term requirement and present solutions.
• Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees.
• Report to sales manager periodically. Achieve sales target on a monthly and annual basis.

• Superior Written and Verbal Communication Skills and Presentation Skills , Negotiation, Math Skills, Energy Level, Product Knowledge, Creativity, Demonstrated Experience, Courteous, Basic Computer Literacy, Microsoft Office, Database Skills, Business, Accounting, Marketing, Finance, Target Market Analysis, Presentation Skills, Persistent, Flexible, At least 2 years of experience in same position ,Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation for Sales
