We provide a 3-year warranty for products and offer and stand behind the products we sell because we try to keep customers satisfied with our products and services. If your product covered by warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair, replace or refund it without charge at our discretion.
Warranty terms and conditions
- The products will be repaired free of charge when they malfunctions due to a construction or design defect within the warranty period. Servino provides 3 years limited warranty for its products only to the person or firm that bought the product from Servino or its resellers or authorized distributors.
- The warranty does not cover when the warranty period is run out of and it does not apply for the following failures and cases even during the warranty period.
- the serial number label is missing or unrecognizable,
- Defect, failure, or damage caused by misuse, abuse or inappropriate maintenance and care, unauthorized repair, improper installation or excess of design specifications.
- Failure due to unforeseeable force majeure events including storm, earthquake, fire, flood, lightning, explosion.
- Failure to overloading, overheating, under / Over Voltage and incorrect installation that could damage the device.
ServinoTech presents Repair Services under the customer’s payment when the customer’s products are not covered under warranty.
In order to prevent damage caused during the delivery process, the customer must be responsible for the appropriate packaging of products for return.
